Motor dev boards

Last week or before, besides working on the base I also received 5 of the motor dev boards. They had a couple schematic mistakes but otherwise work well. I fixed the mistakes and already ordered 5 more. These won't go in the robot directly but are helpful for developing right now. They're higher power than we plan for the arm, but the mosfet design may be useful for the wheel motors. These are something we might release the design for separately as they will be a little larger and easier to connect to and useful for various purposes. Although in the end a Jose Luis board with breakout may still be a better option for those types of uses.
